Elegante, fresco e persistente al palato con note di frutta bianca come mela verde, pera e fiori di campo.

Metodo di produzione
Soffice pressatura delle uve con successiva decantazione dei mosti. Dopo la fermentazione a temperatura controllata (14-16°C), il vino viene lasciato in breve affinamento in acciaio volto a enfatizzare e preservare la naturale freschezza delle uve. A fine affinamento, inizia la dealcolazione a freddo grazie ad una nuova tecnologia a membrane che rimuove gentilmente l'alcol e lascia inalterati sentori e profumi del vino iniziale.

Production Method
Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by must clarification. After fermentation at a controlled temperature (14-16°C), the wine undergoes a brief aging in stainless steel to emphasize and preserve the natural freshness of the grapes. At the end of the aging process, cold dealcoholization begins using an innovative membrane technology that gently removes alcohol while preserving the original aromas and flavors of the wine.

Dal lucente colore rosa e con un perlage fine e raffinato. Al palato risulta morbido e piacevole. Al naso presenta sentori di frutta rossa come fragola, lampone e fiori bianchi.

Metodo di produzione
Macerazione delle uve pigiate per 4 ore a 10°C per estrarre colore e aromi dalle bucce, seguita da una pressatura delle uve e decantazione statica dei mosti. La fermentazione avviene a temperatura controllata (14-16°C), poi il vino è affinato brevemente in acciaio per conservare la freschezza delle uve. Infine, si procede alla dealcolazione a freddo con tecnologia a membrane, che rimuove l'alcol mantenendo sentori e profumi iniziali.

Si è da poco conclusa la fiera BCB Bar Convent Berlin 2024, una delle più grandi e importanti manifestazioni internazionali per l'industria bar & beverage. Per tre giornate intense, Frizero è stato protagonista!

Il nostro stand ha visto entrambi i prodotti alcohol-free essere accolti con grande entusiasmo dal pubblico.

Il riscontro positivo ricevuto è segno di un crescente interesse per il settore emergente dei vini alcohol-free, che continua a farsi strada nel panorama internazionale. Durante l'evento, Frizero Bianco e Rosé sono stati utilizzati come base per alcuni cocktail no & low presso lo standAmaroBar, uno dei cocktail bar più in voga di Londra.

The BCB Bar Convent Berlin 2024, one of the largest and most important international events for the bar & beverage industry, has just come to an end. Over three intense days, Frizero took center stage!

Our booth showcased both alcohol-free products, which were met with great enthusiasm by attendees.The positive feedback we received highlights the growing interest in the emerging alcohol-free wine sector, which continues to make its mark on the international scene.During the event, Frizero White and Rosé were used as the base for several no & low cocktails at the AmaroBar stand, one of London’s trendiest cocktail bars.
